Click above to watch Ken Block, master hoon

There are a remarkable number of crap car videos floating around the intertubes, so it takes a special breed of driving deity to make something that catches our attention. Card-carrying member of the automotive master race, Ken Block, did just that by setting up an utterly insane Gymkhana course around El Toro and then proceeds to flog the life out of his Crawford-prepped Subaru Impreza STI through countless turns, drifts and 360s to create over four minutes of pure motoring bliss. The video speaks for itself, so hit the jump to check it out. And if you want to get inside the mind of the man, head over to 0-60 to read a brief interview of Block and his madcap run.

I forgot to breath while watching this video, amazing! however im sure plenty of takes in there, u can see that by the amount of black lines on the floor

That was definitely worth 4.5 minutes of my life. The 3:00 minute mark was subtle but mucho impressive. Good job KB.

      That. Was. Awesome.

3:00 would be impressive if there were'nt already about 20 tries at it.. Not that it's not a neat video, but given enough time to practice and a fat bank account I don't doubt that anyone could end up being able to do this.

I'm sure anyone could...I'm just happy that someone did!

That was amazing. Glad to see something more up and coming than just straight drifting. The inseparable stars were the Subaru and driver...great video...where can we see live events?

Awesome video but i have to say they dont seem to be trying to make out it is one take hence the word practice in the title and all the marks on the floor.

Butters not quite sure why your suggesting that locking hubs and transfer boxes are the difference between 4wd and awd as they are nothing to do with thte two meanings.

a 4wd? seriously 4wd? big difference between 4wd and AWD, I don't think ken locked in the hubs.... or shifted the transfer case outta 2wd into 4.

Good call Tahmid. That outside mounted camera changes locations on the car throughout the video. Definitely not done in one take.

I'm pretty sure it highlights the fact he went through four sets of tires in the beginning of the video. That indicates that there are multiple takes, unless Crawford's package includes some sweet way to change tires mid-drift.

/Shambles off to laboratory to create sweet way to change tires mid-drift...

Brilliant! Love the sound of a flat four.

Much better than regular drifting they need to get this started as a new sport

I will never tire of watching this, over and over

There are a few things I'd really like to see after that video:
1.Oil temperature in the rear differential
2.Tread left on the tires (if any)
      3.The EGT
Crawford builds one hell of a car, that's for damn sure.
