Do you remember Tang Hua? He's a Chinese car designer who showed a set of really, um, interesting cars with names such as "Book of songs." "Piece of cloud" and "Detroit fish" back in Detroit 2008. Well, after such fanciful exercises, Tang Hua showed a more conventional model in Paris, named Chika. With an estimated range of 150km (90 miles), the Chika can only be classified as a NEV because its maximum speed is 50 km/h (30mph) although according to European regulations, its heavy weight (780 kg) makes it unsuitable for the no-driver's-license required category. Nevertheless, the French importer announced that it would bring the Chika in 2010 in the Hexagone although there is no word on who would actually make the car, since its creator, Li Shi Guang Ming is just a designer.
