VIDEO: Alonso vs. Kubica... in karts

Looks like Fernando Alonso and Robert Kubica didn't get enough head-to-head racing action last week in Japan. The first and second place finishers in Fuji decided to go at it once again when the pair reached this week's F1 stop in Shanghai. Rather than risk their multi-million dollar F1 race cars, and quite possibly their careers, the two opted to hit the local kart track instead. Alonso probably has a weight advantage in this scenario, but that shouldn't take away from his mad driving skillz. Watch the non-English video after the jump to see how it turned out and stick around for the victory lap. You'll get a chance to see the some of the best donuts you'll ever witness.

wow, despite the chinese talk, these 3 minutes were more entertaining than many of this season's races put together.

Flea: You must not have watched many of the races this year. Canada, the rain GPs & Japan... if you were not thrilled by those GPs ... check your pulse!

Damn that was entertaining. Too bad they didn't show the actual race instead that stupid montage. Oh, and Alonso is such a show off, we'll see what he does tomorrow @ the Grand Prix ...

And you must be a Hamilton fanboi.
At least Alonso has friends in F1. The same can't be said about your idol who drives with no regard for anyone else on the track.

Fun video that shows that the drivers aren't as stuck up as what the media portrays them to be. (Though most seem like they are)
Hopefully the Chi GP is as good and fun as this cart race.

2. The actual race is in some crappy fast/stop motion split screen format where you can't tell WTF is going on.
