Comically Sinister: Fiat 500 Diabolika by StudioTorino

As if the Fiat 500 didn't look cartoonish enough as it was, a special edition of the retro supermini has been created. But truth be told, the Fiat 500 Diabolika looks far more badass than the original, sporting a matte black finish with red tail fins, Borrani wire wheels, Brembos and special Pirelli tires hand carved with the Diabolika eye motif. The interior is decked out in black leather interior with all manner of custom touches from the digitally-painted "serial art" frames to the special steering wheel, shifter and handbrake lever.
Conceived in collaboration between StudioTorino, Mycrom and comic book publisher Astorina, only 50 examples of the special edition will be offered, at an as-yet undisclosed price. We're expecting to see the devilish little Cinquecento in Paris, but in the meantime you can check out the images in the gallery below.

The wire wheels and the matt finish work, but the cabin ... um ... comic art? sort of leave me as flat as that paint.
If it's going to be diabolical, couldn't it have horsepower?

Forgive my crudeness, but when I originally glanced at picture 22, I seriously thought the ninja had the model bent over the car, hitting it from the back.
Oy...

Real wire spoke wheels. That's something you don't see everyday. (Unless you're into vintage Euro sports cars.)

I like the wheels. I've seen some bad retro wire wheels, but those look great. I was literally Googling around after I saw them to see if there are designs that might work on my car. I don't know that you'd take those wheels to the track ... and I wouldn't want to clean them ... but I think they help the car.

With a name like Diobolika... could it possibly be any cuter?

I think the cabin is wicked! The color scheme is on point too. I think the suicide black paint job is perfect for what StudioTorino, Mycrom & Astorina were trying to achieve. Excellent work guys.

I like the wire wheels because it makes this little car look like a step up from a motorcyle.
