What color would you like your 2011 Chevy Volt?

Reaction to the production 2011 Chevy Volt and its aerodynamic design appears to be split, with the majority of folks favoring the more macho flanks of the Volt Concept. But the production Volt's shape is a concession to function, being as aerodynamic as possible to improve the efficacy of the car's regenerative braking system. While the shape of the car isn't going to change, you will be able to order your Volt in colors other than Baby Blue hue it's wearing in the leaked images from yesterday. Autoblog reader Jesse Shipe was kind enough to photoshop some quick color changes on the Volt, and we've decide to take ours in black.

The way it's colorized lends sort of a matte finish to the black. Do want.

what i dont understand is that with all of the photoshop expertise floating around out there, no one has made an attempt at removing the old d-bags from the photos!

What would it look like if the model had a blue pinstripe suit instead of black?

Yeah I noticed it as soon as I sent them to AB, naturally. I did fix it and sent them a link to new versions, so hopefully they'll update them.
I added a yellow version as well.

I believe we have consensus...I would take the black as well.

but only if it's the rich matte black of the photoshop. a generic auto-glossy black would be pretty boring.

Probably orange but not that orange. The orange that the General uses.

Waiting for someone to post a ps version with the execs deleted, seems easy enough for a ps expert... let's get to work.

I like the purple too. Is this thing looking more and more like a Honda Civic or what?

I'm tired of seeing this car everyday, is there really anything new to report?, Good luck to Chevrolet, Id like to see it succeed but I feel its over publicized and will be overpriced, I fear GM has made promises they wont be able to keep because of time restraints and high expectations they have put on their engineers.
Develop the car then offer it for sale when its truly ready to be a Great car and a Success.

Has anyone seen the Volt concept in person? It was on display at the Toronto Auto Show and I couldn't see how it could possibly work in the real world.

Why not use a full image with the fat boy removed?

Like they said, I just did these quick, but it gives you an idea. I kind of like the blue myself, but I'm partial to that color.
Also, I totally missed the little bit of the roof beside his arm. Sorry!
