Rendering pays homage to BMW M1 and Dodge Challenger
Combining a Dodge with a BMW doesn't sound like a good idea. But then again, sound and sight are two different things. So just when we thought we'd seen it all, we're thrown for a surprise.
A Russian illustrator by the name of Remio, evidently quite skilled with the Photoshop and CAD, has managed to blend the new Dodge Challenger with the BMW M1 Homage show car, and the results are rather surprising. While some rendered speculation can prove to be quite close to the mark when the subject goes into production, we'll have to file this one squarely in the "never gonna happen" folder. Shame.

Looks better than BMW's own M1 homage from a few months ago. I like it.

The M1 never had a V12 - it had the I6.
The first BMW V12 was the M70 which debuted in the E31 and E32 8-series and 7-series in 1987.

I would have left the BMW badge on it... but then again, I couldn't ever draw this anyway.

Wow... that doesn't look half bad.
But Chrysler doesn't need any more German whores in its life.. it needs to focus on itself and just be single for a while, or just date & sleep around with no real commitments. :D

Why would BMW ever cinsider to incorporate anything from a failing, has been car company in the US for their own designs? This whole thing is absurd.

Do you know how to read? It says this is from a Russian designer playing around with Photoshop and CAD. BMW has nothing to do with this and neither does Dodge. And why would Chrysler want to get in bed with another German company and get raped and pillaged?

There are photoshops of vehicles on almost every car forum. How does this one merit it's on article?

Honestly, this rendering does not deserve to be here. It's not even remotely realistic or even attractive. As someone who uses Photoshop for a living, I find it a little off-putting that you gave the guy this much page space and props.

I like it. Although it really reminds me of an AMX/2 as well.
