One word: SIDECAR.
Sidecars are INFINITELY cooler than trikes, and I have a friend from way back in middle school who is disabled, and he has a Harley with a sidecar. He carries his crutches in the sidecar. He is a bonified bad-ass, plays a mean bass guitar in Nashville, and you don't see him on a trike.
