The extrovert of the entire Lexus lineup, the IS-F isn't light on visual or actual horsepower. Japan's Wald Tuning hasn't let that fact get in their way of releasing the Sports Line Black Bison bodykit. Wald's setup adds some visual aggression through an increase in the number of strakes and vents, as well as a trunklid spoiler. Doubtless, this get-up will add weight, possibly offering contradictory real-world performance from a vehicle that certainly looks like it should be fast. The amped-up visuals also help distract from the controversial fender gills, and the Black Bison package for the IS-F manages tack-on without being overly tacky. Well, maybe just a little tacky.

wow...it actually CAN get uglier...
Vetmstr @ Jun 19th 2008 6:40PM
+1 Wow an to make matters worst they do this. Not a fan of Lexus in general and this does not help even if the kit is not from them....Dam lol lol
why not the LS2LS7? @ Jun 19th 2008 6:48PM
Yeah, the car already had visual issues. This compounds them.
meshies @ Jun 19th 2008 7:41PM
seriously. I would love to attend the meeting where they discuss/approve the design. Has to be pure comedy. They obviously think this looks good. I never understood how terrible products make it to market.
madgamer @ Jun 19th 2008 7:57PM
I agree. I normally like stuff that most people would consider 'riced out' but this thing just looks awful.
ken_aisin @ Jun 19th 2008 8:18PM
I agree. It's even more hideous than before. By the way, what does the F stand for? Fast and Furious??
Keat @ Jun 19th 2008 10:18PM
The F stands for Fugly
Jarett @ Jun 19th 2008 6:39PM
HaHa, Looks like somthing they would use in Fast in the Furious now.
Conor @ Jun 19th 2008 11:46PM
But somehow even uglier. I think the paint distracts you from the terrible body mods in F&F...
1337 @ Jun 20th 2008 11:47AM
Conor,
The purple paint on the FNF2 eclipse may draw attention away from that horrid spoiler, but I think I'd rather look at the spoiler than at the paint.
SPF @ Jun 19th 2008 6:40PM
Nice, they made the rear looks like EVO X...
Vetmstr @ Jun 19th 2008 6:41PM
+1 especially from the rear
Kyle Johnston @ Jun 20th 2008 3:32PM
my thoughts exactly. The rear diffuser looks nice but the complete combo is just too similar.
Zane @ Jun 19th 2008 6:40PM
Wow, they took a riced out car and made it even more ricey! Just look at those front chin spoilers and rear bumper vents.. and a wing?
I'm pretty sure no Toyota fanboy (and I'm not one of 'em) would ever want to get caught driving one of those.
Vetmstr @ Jun 19th 2008 6:40PM
+1 especially from the rear
Yar @ Jun 19th 2008 6:41PM
How come you call it tuning when it's just a body kit?
RAMONTEZ @ Jun 19th 2008 7:32PM
This is just a guess, so don't flame me... They call it tuning because, unlike cheap (crappy) body kits, most high end Japanese manufacturers actually do aero testing on their full kits which typically will improve the aero of the car in some way(i.e. less drag, more downforce etc). That's why it's not suggested to use a Top Secret front end, Wald rear bumper and Greddy side skirts when assembling your dream car... It might just throw your $h!t all outta whack.
Torrent @ Jun 19th 2008 6:49PM
This is how it should look.
DC @ Jun 19th 2008 6:57PM
Ya, it needs some extra tackiness to match the fake tailpipes is what you must mean Torrent.
This car had potential to be real good but they blew it.
Torrent @ Jun 20th 2008 4:23AM
.....Ok anyways I'm trying to say the IS-F doesn't look aggressive enough to be a M3 ,C63, or RS4 Competitor, but this one does....Dang, so quick to judge......
