OEMs are goin' thru changes. Toyota finally says "yes" to a plug-in hybrid vehicle for 2010, Dodge rethinks being the "power brand," and Saturn drops the Green Line moniker. One of the few things that stays the same these days are all the old tips on how to get better mileage from the car you drive today. What Car? reminds us by saying "Slow down, save cash."
