Well, I'm not so sure about your rule regarding the horsepower (although it'd sure be fun), but I definitely agree that this is a hideous design.
After making us wait forever for the new Focus you'd think Ford would have spent the time making the new Focus super-attractive...not whatever this is.
Whoever made the rear end of this vehicle needs to have their eyes examined.
