Well it's bad news for the entire auto industry.
That said...Toyota tends to make very cautious estimates of their own profits.
For example, they predicted a 4.5% drop in profit for 06-07, but they ended up gaining 20%. So their predictions usually tend towards doom and gloom.
Still, the entire auto industry really is facing some serious challenges so Toyota's predictions might actually come true.
