But, calm down. Who are you to tell someone what is right and wrong. Some people think they are saving the world because they drive a Prius but they live 60+ miles from their job. Someone else might drive a truck that get 15 mpg but only lives 10 miles from their job. Who is greener? There is a lot more to "saving the planet" than what kind of car you drive.

rar

Comments on

If you didn't say it, I would have, and I couldn't have put it a better way.

Torrent

Comments on

Wierd, it didn't post my entire message... oh well...

This makes me wonder where Chevy's SS Silverado went for the new generation... I wouldn't mind a 6.2L, with a 6L90 or a beefed up TR6060... Taking a ride in a friend's tuned SVT Lightning in the past gives light to just how much brute power these things have with very low final drive gears... Plus, it doubles as their race car's tow vehicle...

And although its nowhere near the optimum shape, size, weight, etc, for an ideal performance machine, it's good to know that these kind of trucks are usually not as fast as the driver, as opposed to the car being much faster than the driver (nee: GT-R, Corvettes, Vipers, many exotics, etc, that are wrapped around trees and light poles daily)...

jay tee

Comments on

It's a dinosaur, designed and approved by people with their heads in the sand.
