It's a stunning piece of Photoshop work.
I say that only because the car shown makes no sense. It looks mid engined - the scoops aft of the side windows, the length of the rear end.
But at the same time, it has a full-sized front end, one that could handle an engine.
That's a clear contradiction. Therefore, I say it can't be real.
But it's a great bit of Photoshop-ing.

Just because cooling is aft doesn't mean it's mid-engine. Cars have had a radiator to the rear for weight distribution sake, so it's not unheard of. It's resemblance to the R8 is what hints at being a render.
