I wonder how many SRX owners will consider this for their new Caddy? I wondered why they didn't update the SRX when they updated the CTS with a new platform, since the SRX was based off the old CTS.
The SRX was a non-starter for me... if I wanted a tall-tippy wagon I wouldn't be so spiteful that Subaru has left me with only the Outback version of the Legacy Wagon as a possible replacement for my Legacy GT. This car, with a reasonable ride height and CTS style has real potential.

The SRX replacement is on the way. It is a major luanch as well so they are staggering it after the CTS to make sure it (the CTS) had a trouble free launch as it is arguably more important for the company. IMO, the SRX was a disapointment because it looked too much like a wagon. Its replacement supposedly as more upright CUV styling to better take on its arch nemesis the Lexus RX. I like wagons too, I have always liked European models especially. BMW, Merc an Audi do them right. I thought the Magnum and the Lexus IS Sportcross were hideous though. I doubt America is ready for a CTS wagon at all though, no matter how good it looks.
