That makes 33 cars per state.  Enough to fill one average mini mall parking lot in each state.  An insignificant number.<br><br>Want to the point the fingers of waste in these times?  Consider the big suvs that get spit out at that level in just one or two shifts at a manufacturing plant.  And the crime there is that those are daily drivers.
