It's not as good looking as the past few models (which everyone thought were ugly as well) but it's definitely a handsome looking car. I love the look of the wrx sedan. Doesn't stick out as much in traffic without those giant fender flares and huge hood scoop.

Still on a scale of how much I love these cars the previous gen body was a 10/10 and the current 08 model is about 3/10. It's a good looking car, but I love the older models styling much, much more.

Duders

Comments on Dodge Challenger could start at $23,995

dont kid yourself, the base and wrx imprezas are styling disasters

naggs

Comments on Dodge Challenger could start at $23,995

I remember the first time I saw the new WRX hatch I thought how could they make that any uglier? So I thought that the Challenger should be too.

Both, frankly are old news. But the Challenger is older news since it is - in appearance - a copy of what was around when I was a kid. That would make it some 40 years old...and in need of a refresh.

At least for the Subaru - like many "Bangle-esque" designs - it looks much better in 3 dimensions than in 2. And for those of you who are thinking: "But wait until you really see the Challenger." I did, 40 years ago.

Both old news.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Richard

Comments on Dodge Challenger could start at $23,995

Hey Subie Boy: Face it, no one buys Subarus for their looks. The old SVT is the closest thing Subaru has to a good looking car, and you might be able to make a case for the Legacy. Everything else in their stable is dorky at best, some are downright retarded.

Mr. Oak

Comments on Dodge Challenger could start at $23,995

You are absolutely right there Woody.

With cars there are lookers and there are "goers." You buy a Subaru because they are goers that drive as well as cars costing $10k more. And they spend far less time in the shop to boot. The Legacy sedan is not at all bad to look at though - particularly in Spec. B form.

The SVX was indeed a beautiful car (I had 2 of those).

Richard
