It's not as good looking as the past few models (which everyone thought were ugly as well) but it's definitely a handsome looking car. I love the look of the wrx sedan. So I thought that the Challenger should be too.

Both, frankly are old news. But the Challenger is older news since it is - in appearance - a copy of what was around when I was a kid. That would make it some 40 years old...and in need of a refresh.

At least for the Subaru - like many "Bangle-esque" designs - it looks much better in 3 dimensions than in 2. And for those of you who are thinking: "But wait until you really see the Challenger." You buy a Subaru because they are goers that drive as well as cars costing $10k more. And they spend far less time in the shop to boot. B form.

The SVX was indeed a beautiful car (I had 2 of those).

Richard

Comments on Dodge Challenger could start at $23,995

$24k makes them good $$$$ and gives them room to put rebates on it when the Challenger isn't as special.

Good move on their part.

Wil

Wil

Comments on Dodge Challenger could start at $23,995

>>> Twenty-three-nine seems like a digestable price for an entry-level Challenger. And that price may include a slew of features or options that probably warrant the cost.

Since the official price has yet to be announced the bottom line could be on either side of that $23.9K figure. I personally suspect the overall the price will be slightly higher than it's V6-powered Mustang competitor, but not necessarily in the $4,000 range. A base Camaro (when it finally arrives) will most likely fall in this price range as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Dodge cruising the streets soon.

J.
