Geeley has been in court on more than one occasion for trademark infringement from both American and Japanese manufactures. I've been saying it for years, but the only way the U.S. auto industry is going to be able to compete, is to go upscale in U.S. based manufacturing,  like the BMW's/Mercedes/Audi's and even Cadillac's? of the world, and compete in local markets with manufacturing based there, and build market segment leaders, year after year.
