i honestly don't think the veyron would be much of an addition to FM2. the latest dlc gave us the Ferrari F50GT which dominates the unlimited class on every track except for the speedway, which is the only track a veyron would have a chance against a purpose built homologation car such as the F50GT, CLK GTR, or S7.
