I can personally survive with nothing but an electric car for around town. All the naysayers should try it before writing it off. That said, where are the electric cars to try out from the commenter's three time periods?
If there were an EV1 in existence, I bet the cost on eBay would be well over $40,000, as the RAV4 EV is consistently selling for over $50,000, getting up towards $70,000.
