Just to be clear, Jerry sold the car quite some time ago (April of '05 to be exact). It is now simply being resold, again (after having made its way through a few different hands).

I would imagine, like any car collector, Jerry trades in and out of cars often. I didn't care for the water cooled 911's until they redid the front headlights.
