I don't understand this Japanese guy's problem.
He wants to buy a BMW for $60,000; while a much nicer GT-R costs only $70,000.

That general manager is a real asshole!
When is he going to realize that Ken doesn't really have the power nor is obligated to end those harassments? The dealership is the one who caused this so they should be dealing with the consequences. It's not that difficult either, all he has to do is publicly apologize on behalf of the dealership, promptly sell that M3 to Ken per the agreement on eBay, and throw in a PS3 and a Wii, I'm sure that'll stop most if not all the harassment.
