Wow, I don't care what you are driving...those look like some axle busting holes. I'd sue a city that wasn't fixing something like this in a timely manner.

Those apparently are graphics that they had applied to the road. They are not real potholes.
I actually had a thought recently marketing on the roads or on the concrete guard rails. Still tons of good marketing areas out there.
