Mass produced automobiles have been around since 1903 (Ford model A) and earlier. Nothing is original these days. Everything is a derivative of another or combination of others. It's moot to judge new cars based on "originality". Better to judge each car by how well it's design execution fits into the brand's image, line up and needs of the intended audience. Bugs the hell out of me whenever people say "it looks like a ___" or "OMG, they copied ____". Yes, it's got wheels, tires, doors and assortment of lights. Can we please move past that.
