<generator>Blogsmith http://www.blogsmith.com/</generator><item><title><![CDATA[Comments on New York 2008: Hyundai Genesis coupe, LIVE]]></title><link>http://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/19/new-york-2008-hyundai-genesis-coupe-live/</link><guid isPermaLink="true">http://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/19/new-york-2008-hyundai-genesis-coupe-live/</guid><description><![CDATA[Thanks, and I saw that, and it is nice...<br><br>But still doesn't get to the point of three, four, and five headlines and separate articles, and a slew of repeated comments on a single topic on a single day.<br><br>If it is new news, and hasn't already been posted for a day, I can totally see another new headline and separate article.<br><br>But 5 Hyundai Genesis articles in a single day pushes other news down the page, and just duplicates a lot of information and space. 5 updates to TODAY's Genesis coverage in ONE headline and summary is easier to read, comment on, and navigate around.<br><br>I switch between reading autoblog on my computer and on my iPhone. navigating four pages of current headlines for today's NYIAS coverage is a bit much, when some of the topics have 5 headers, and push other news about other topics down and to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th pages, which each have to reload all of the templated information, links, sidebars, ads, and all... I don't mind, except seeing 2 or 3 of the five headlines above the page break about a single topic, that could be consolidated.<br><br>I can imagine with people who check the site less frequently, that some news that gets pushed down the page quickly, and back into 3rd and 4th pages in short order, that some news might not get seen, despite the breaking news sidebar.<br><br>If there is NEW news about Hyundai Genesis Coupe tomorrow, I have no problem with it having a new header, but 5 of them today is a bit much.<br><br>Again, I am just suggesting some constructive information streamlining, not criticising the coverage. The coverage has been great. Thanks again.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[mk]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Mar 19th 2008 6:37PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
