When a 50-ton semi needs to be towed out of a snow bank, it's a good idea to call on a very big tow truck. If you're in the South during a snow storm, however, your best bet just may be the super 'necks. After the jump is video of a Jeep, Silverado and Ford Bronco working in tandem to pull a stranded 18-wheeler out of the snowy muck. We think the heroes of the video are a gaggle of youngins, but with all the camouflage, we couldn't tell you for sure. The video is fun to watch, but when the camera operator says, "This s#%t is going on YouTube," that's just icing on the cake. Kidding aside, it's nice to see a group of kids actually helping someone in need. Nice job guys. Hit the jump for one of the funnier videos we've seen lately, it'll be worth your two minutes.

Watching the absolute terror in the eyes of those clowns on that show is one of the high points of my life.

I'm just glad that people like this are still around...people that will actually take the time to stop and help a stranger out. Thanks :)

Im glad that I live in the south.. Thats just the way it is around here. Not everyone will help you.. but way more would than anywhere else in my opinion.
dwain white @ Mar 7th 2008 4:36PM
Yeah, and when they do help some one out, they get made fun of for the way they talk and what they are wearing. Proud to be southern, not proud to be associated with some of the jerks in these posts.
lithdoc @ Mar 7th 2008 2:10PM
I think that autoblog could be more politically correct and educated to not call them rednecks. Call them southern or whatever. Imagine if they used said "black" or "latino" ingenuity to the rescue and the outcry from that. I'm not even talking about the aftermath of using the more derogatory versions of these words. I'm offended, thats all I have to say.

I, as an East Tennessee redneck, prefer "Appalachian-American". And, I'm not "prejudiced", I'm merely "racially biased". Also, I'm not a "bigot", I'm "ethnicity preferenced".
N @ Mar 7th 2008 3:07PM
How about if we were to refer to them as "slack jawed yokels?"
N @ Mar 7th 2008 3:08PM
"Cleetus, get me my poking stick!"

it brings a tear to my eye...in a good way! i love to see the big 3 working together...no matter how much i dislike one or the other at times...its still awsome to see them do somin like that!
Larry @ Mar 7th 2008 4:32PM
I, for one, love the people (sometimes disparagingly) called rednecks.... They work hard, they have a good sense of humor, and they are ALL AMERICAN! .....and, oh how I wish we had tough good ol' boys like them working for HOMELAND SECURITY! For sure they wouldn't let the @$#&^%#@ (choose your word for that one) do anything to harm the "good ol' USA!!
