America is a great country - except for the fact it seems to be the only place where you can walk out on a job like an A-hole, and get a six figure reward.
These workers that demand all this crazy stuff seem to not understand that there is a job market out there. And if they do not like whats going on, go find a new job! It's not really that hard. Do they expect that once they sign on to work, its going to be a never ending gravy train? Times change, economies fluctuate, and in the seeming recession we have started into they think that everything is going to hum along as before? There are tons of arguments on why the UAW is asinine and a complete drain on GM.
In the end the only thing that matters is that you walked out on your job just because you want to see if you can squeeze some more money that you don't deserve out of your employer. I have no respect for that.
