The rumored Audi/VW plant is supposed to be just west of Greenville, SC, about 20 miles down I-85 from BMW. No doubt it is due to the bevy of auto suppliers in this area, and the Clemson University-International Center for Automotive Research. Being non-union is also a big plus.
Are the X6's on sale yet? I've seen a few of them around town. They're pretty bad-ass.
