With sales that are starting to pick up, I don't understand why Ford would still want to get rid of Jaguar.

Alex: It's simple. Ford laid out quite a bit of coin to buy Jaguar, and some more coin to build their plants up to modern standards. Ford has not seen a nickle's worth of return on their investment. Instead, ther continually hemmorage cash. Time to cut your losses.
