Clevelanders know Manny to be an enormous flake, leaving numerous paychecks in his locker. I'd guess there's up to 11 million bucks lost under the seat or in the glove box. Now, all you have to do is prove you're him at the bank, and put aside enough for lots of bail. And attorneys.
