I've seen a lot of them overseas and where the hatchback looks like a purposeful Teutonic driving machine, the sedan looks like any other small car. Love the hatchback; the coupe's lines look odd and it's practicality is dubious. It was hard to tell that it wasn't a 3-series, especially since it was raised up on a platform. Most of the dealers are already sold out and there is a waiting list, especially for the 135i. Remember, European Delivery is available for the 1-series but it comes out of the dealer allocation so not many will sell them below MSRP. The  Evo X MR is the same price.  The infiniti will have more bells and whistles and a much better interior and size, while the Evo is sportier.  I have a e46 M3 and the Evo's scare me.<br><br>The 135 is going to cost you about 38-42k at a minimum.  The car is still very heavy only 200 pounds lighter then a 335, and from what I hear the suspension is too soft out of the box for track use.  Also the brakes while 6 pots are not as good as the 335 floating brakes.<br><br>Also you can get 2 year old e46 M3's still under factory warranty with low miles for less then one of these.
