If you make anything that you claim to be "sport" please at least do the following:
1. Give me a manual transmission
2. Projection headlights, they help see better at night, and look way better then SUV like two way lights
3. Reduce the gap between tire and body, can't be that hard.
4. Make the brakes fill the wheels, it's looks hideous to have a gap big enough to accomodate my fist between the disc brake and the wheel.

Agreed that the rear looks very Sebring-ish.

I'm more concerned about the dated 4-speed auto for 4-cylinder models as well as the design and materials quality of the interior.

Even with this update, I the Galant is in the far back of the midsize sedan pack. Products like Saturn's Aura and Chevrolet's Malibu have leap-frogged past the Galant in terms of engineering.
