I don't think god intended much of anything when it comes to this thing, unless god likes to intend horribly performing gas guzzlers built for men with penile inadequacy issues.

I think it's pretty creepy that there are people out there that actually go up to H2s, open the H2 driver side door, and zip down the H2 driver's pants peering down to get a good look the size of an H2 driver's wang.. Disgusting! Make it easy for the H2 drivers and register as a sex offender so they can easily spot these people.
