I think the front end looks better than expected in the real life pics than in the press photos. Twenty years ago this thing would have been one of the most beautiful boxy eighties vehicles on the road. Still, always funny to see Caddy's on the road in the new millennium. But I must say there's a strange balance of "so ugly nobody will even glance at your brand new $40K car" versus "so ugly nobody can look away at the lump of metal you just dumped cash on". Very fascinating. I guess just like the Forester, a crude exterior hides a decent performance car.
