Unlikely.. cues like that usually don't make it to production because they're often not real-world practical, and/or the bean counters would freak out.
This is a product that has to be sold in multiple regions, therefore it's functionality must be broad and adaptable - lowest common denominator if you will. So, using the door handles as an example: they have to be used in many areas, including those with snow where customers will be opening the door with gloves on. Such people are not likely to appreciate these stylish elements as much when they actually have to use them.
Devil's in the details; miss enough of them and it tanks the bottom line. GM can't do that.
