This blogger had the good fortune to go for a ride in the Tesla Roadster with Marketing VP Darryl Siry a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately I didn't get actually drive the car. In the latest entry over on the Tesla blog Darryl explains the reasons why they decided let print journalists be the first to have time at the wheel. This week the top dogs from the big snail mail publications are out thrashing the two newest validation prototypes in Northern California. It will probably be February before you can find out what Kim Reynolds, Csaba Csere (pronounced chubba chedda) think of this little battery-powered missile. We've been promised our chance at the wheel soon, but until then you can check out Darryl's words and my own impressions from the right hand seat.
