I saw this video over the weekend and I couldn't agree more with this article.
Way too fast and definitely much too reckless for public roads. That amount of risk shouldn't be placed on the unsuspecting in this way.
I wonder what the odds of these guys being tracked down and fined or arrested like the guy in that Hayabusa video a while back are.
I guess when you can afford not to, being responsible is optional.

HEY, look at the beginning of the video. It says "closed road" over the road sign! Look in the upper right hand corner @ about -4:25!!!

I live right off the san tan freeway (where this was done) and it is saying that Hawes Road is closed not the freeway. READ CLOSELY it says the exit is closed!
