I asked the guy driving it if it was "factory" or "aftermarket," and he said "factory," and apologized for it having some scrapes. Other evidence pointing toward it being an actual GM nose: a) He was a skinny guy with hipster hair--in other words, he looked like a designer b) this was in Venice, California, home of hipster designers c) it was a very clean, skillful installation of the nose--didn't look aftermarkety or cobbled on.
