The SEMA Show in Las Vegas is huge, which is the only explanation we can muster for why we didn't see the Tractorri Lamborghini Mustang there ourselves. Built by John Haugh from Cleveland, OH (w00t!), the car you see is basically a 520-hp mid-engine, all-wheel-drive Lamborghini Gallardo wearing the heavily modified body panels of a Ford Mustang. Out back the rear taillamps of the Gallardo have been incorporated along with a gaping grate through which one can view the Lamborghini hardware. The interior is also mostly Lamborghini, though the door panels obviously come from the Ford.

We know, some of you are asking why anyone would embark on such a project, but why sweat the details when there's a freakin' mid-engine, all-wheel-drive Mustang staring back at you? Just count your lucky stars that there are people out there who will build something like a Mustang-bodied Lamborghini for the rest of us to enjoy. Oh, and we extend an open offer to buy Mr. Haugh a beer at The Winking Lizard in Lakewood so he can show us this insane coupe in person.

So, is there somewhere out there now, a Ford Mustang with Lambo Gallardo body panels... I thought I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror...

The wheels are kind of lame, and who ever designed the rear end should be shot!!

Although the front end is tasteful.. I really don't care what's under the hood. I see cars as applications, built to do a job. Mix and match whatever to get the job done. You got to admit, just saying, "I own a Mustang designed by Lamborghini" is kind of cool.

I hearby challenge the Autoblog "writers" to go 7 full days without mentioning the Ford Mustang.

If you do it, well, the rest of us win by going a week without reading about Mustangs.

If you fail, you must change the name to "Mustangblog 'n Other Stuff (When We Can't Find Mustang Stuff to Post)"

I challenge you to skip reading and commenting on articles about Mustangs. I don't get it. If you're tired of Mustang news, stop reading it. No one makes you read these articles yet you and and all the other people tired of the Mustang read every single article written about it. You can always head over to autoblog green and read about the next gen hybrids. You'll find very little Mustang news there.

no car deserves to look like that, like a mustang i mean

Why do I have the sneaking suspicion this was a failed attempt to produce another "Special Edition Mustang?"

Now...what the hell? The front is nice. The back is...odd. I like Ford but this is just odd.

Reminds me of the Enzo Aztek ;)

What the hell is wrong with that guy?
you can buy a perfectly good looking gallardo for that money OR one of those race-ready mustangs for the same price, and no need to do any body work.
      Just Plain Stupid.

why the Winking Lizard? Make it the Beer Engine or else
head down to Ohio City to Great Lakes Brewing Company.

Hopefully it will show up someday at the Winking Lizard and maybe the yellow Gallardo that is always parked in front of XO Stekhouse on W 6th can come by to show everyone what the real car is supposed to look like.

Really that is a bastard child that needs to be put out of its misery. It offends fans of Italian cars and American muscle cars at the same time. It honestly doesn't look that bad but having a big windwo in the back to show everyone it is a Lambo wearing the skin of a $25k car somehow cheapens both.

Cause the Lizard has better variety... including GL beers. BTW the Christmas Ale is out and awesome as usual1

Because seriously who wants a mid engine awd Mustang vs a Lamborghini?
what on earth did that poor gallardo do to deserve this kind of treatment??? i really hope the guy just pulled the mechanicals from a wrecked car rather than trashing a perfectly good one.
