SEMA 2007: Corvette C6RS Live Shots

We got a sneak peak at Leno's C6RS Corvette last night, and it's just as beautiful on the show floor. The car has amazing carbon fiber detail that we could see much better today, including the vented hood, rear diffuser, wing, and front splitter. Unfortunately we didn't get a better look at the 8.2-liter V8 motor. Click on the photo above or the gallery below to see the new photos straight from the show floor.

Those wheels look like the one on the ZR-1 prototype that chevy turned loose last week.
Could the carbon fiber parts be from the ZR-1 too?

That is a very nice looking Corvette. It would like better in a satin black, the gloss is a bit much. Why though wouldn't they use a beefed up LS2 instead of a custom made block?
