You're delusional if you think his friend is a "victim" I'm pretty sure that this guy knows what Nick was intending to do, and probably hooted and howled with glee about it. Its no secret what Nick's driving style is like. I find it hard to feel bad for him. Yes its a shame that he was hurt, but I don't buy the story of an innocent bystander that got tangled up in Nick's crazy driving antics.
