I think the original poster meant "Impreza WRC Concept."

No, this is the Group N car. Group N is production-based and has a lot of restrictions that Group A vehicles (your typical WRC cars) don't have. These are generally run by privateers in non-WRC FIA and SCCA rally events, along with their equivalents around the world. Basically, this is news for those out there who are actual rally drivers/team owners. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Group_N for more info about Group N.
