Camry in more garages than any other vehicle? You might want to rethink that. There are models that sell more than Camry a year. They are called American full size trucks.

True, but unlike a regular car, pickups are also sold for work utility, not as the family vehicle. Of course there are plenty of people who never put a damned thing in the bed, but buy them because it's the cool thing to do, but I digress.

And like trucks, cars are sold as fleet vehicles. Im willing to bet Ford sells more F-series for personal use a year than the Camry.

Camry's aren't really sold to fleets
more Taurus' and other crappy American cars.
But at least Detroit is begining to put out some nice cars
thanks the the pressure from Toyota and other Japanese car makers

Camry's aren't really sold to fleets? LMAO. Please, get a clue. Crappy cars huh? My grandmothers 2000 Taurus has had zero-that's right-zero issues. The only time it has spent in a shop was when it was rearended. Very reliable car that is about to turn 8. Let's talk about unreliable cars that sludge up(Camry), catch on fire and stall(Prius), Echo(need I say more), major engine failure (Tundra), weak transmissions(Honda's), wheels that fall off(civic). I could go on but you already know this, you just don't like to admit it.

I was just scanning the comments when I saw a stone fly from this glass house.
When you're domestic quality anecdote is a Ford you might not want to trot out the engine fires and stalling as Ford has been dealing with cruise controls and ignition modules causing both those respective problems. They agreed (after over a decade of denying there was a problem) to pay for engines ruined by broken head gaskets in the 3.8L V6, and the Focus was recalled at launch for, of all things, a problem that could result in the wheels falling off. They also installed 4wd components on FWD escapes that I think resulted in possible wheel loss but I'm too tired to dig around for that. Cheers.

Everybody seems to forget my favourite f**k up. Who was it again that couldn't keep the tires from tearing off their SUV's? Oh, ya I remember, FORD!

For some of the people who are unaware; don't feed the trolls (Bryan). It isn't worth it.
