What's up with the picture (http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/10/am0710123_thumbnail.jpg) that refers to a 4wd system that isn't mentioned anywhere else here?
It seems pointless to equip the Fit with a 4wd, as any extra weight will easily encumber the 1.3/1.5. Look at the Suzuki SX4!

The Fit has always been available with 4WD in Japan.

It's cold, it's mountainous, and it snows hard in Japan.
Just about all cars come with 4WD in Japan.
