The concept also has a lot of design cues consistent with the SE Asia Teana/Maxima like the side glass, tail treatment, exhausts, instrument panel. The front is more similar to the NA Maxima/Altima design language however.

Given that the SE Asia Teana/Maxima and NA Maxima share platforms, this concept could very well be for both. The word intimate can be used as a verb "to suggest" i.e., the concept intimates the new Maxima. The current NA Maxima sells at roughly 70K units per year, which I would think becomes a difficult position to justify a stand alone exterior and interior design.
