Why are there no rear headrests on the RS?

Probably in the name of weight savings. Same w/the front seats, or perhaps they figure most people buying the RS would swap out the seats anyway, so why not give'em cheaper seats (kinda like the WRX "Tuner" edition). I kind of like the RS interior better, minus the front and rear seats...tho I can't tell if the dash trim is carbon fiber or just cheap bumpy plastic.
