I think this either goes to show you the incompetence of the staff or the general apathy towards that particular product. In my opinion, if after six months a sales person screwes up a name, he should be fired on the spot. I don't agree with ford's name switching, but how incompetent do you have to be not to remember a name. What about engine choices? "uhhh.. i think this comes with a.. uhhh... inline 6... i think... maybe"

Everyone's so quick to jump on salesmaen. But, when they DO know more than you, it's still invoice!!!!!!! Salesmaen get paid on profit over $500 over invoice. So... PISS OFF! I'd say it just to piss people off. whoopdee shit, I lost a hundred bucks. Guess I'll get paid hours for blowin you out onto the street.
