This could get good. Chrysler announced ENVI yesterday, a semi-independent, start-up-like organization that will focus on electrically driven vehicles. Sounds like the Volt is causing ripples. Speaking of the Volt effect, GM seems to want to cause even more ripples by already advertising the concept car, years before a production version might see dealer lots. Oh, yeah, it's going to get good.
