what training :) this is Moscow. only training you need is to aim better. But seriously i doubt it those people will waste time with lessons. Vodka in one hand steering wheel in another and the woman next to you is shifting your shifter

Yes, I would LOVE to see the lowly Moscow car dealer try and tell the Russian Mafioso he must take a drivers class before he can get his exotic. This R8 probably "fell off a truck" anyway.

Russia is getting as bad as Americans, when it comes to impaired driving. Thier driving is not as bad though.YET. Soon crashing expensive cars will be the norm too.
