eBay Find of the Day: Fergie's lovely lady H2
Looks like all those Live Earth concerts a few months back had an effect on at least one person. Fergie, one of the featured acts, has decided that her copper green Hummer is not green enough, and is parting with it on eBay. All proceeds from the sale will go to Global Green USA, which is fighting climate change, naturally.
Since this is Fergie, you know the truck's been pimped. Featured in the October '05 issue of DUB magazine, it's got a dropped suspension, chrome for days, drop-down running boards with "Fergie" cut out of them -- twice on each side, and 24" Asante wheels on Pirelli Scorpions. Since it's the ride of a recording artist, it has also had the requisite sound system surgery, with green suede and carbon fiber swaddling enough equipment for an entire electronics store. And the seats look like they were designed for a family of green bumblebees.
The bidding is up to $61,000. The vehicle comes with a certificate of authenticity and ten years of carbon credits to offset its impact. Lovely lady humps will not be included.

Something is not right here. Should Global Green feel good about benefiting from sale of a Hummer? They should have auctioned off the right to destroy and eliminate another Hummer from this earth.

also #1 please note that it comes with 10 YEARS of carbon credits to offset the 40million tons of carbon this beast clogs our atmosphere with.

Fergie should have kept it, and just donated $100,000 if she wanted to 'do something good' for the environment, she only put 5k miles on it in 3 years. Now its probably going to some soccer mom, or dad whos going to drive it 20k per year.

I love that the money is being used "for the environment." Wouldn't it be better spent shredding the damn thing? Then again, whatever you spend is worth it for the 2 million in cocaine probably stowed in the floor.
PS: Apparently car owners are like pet owner...they start looking alike after awhile. In this case, fugly and beat.

GM should just plan on dumping Hummer soon. First the press turned on them(HUMMERS) and now Hollywood. Once the hip-hop music industry turns on them also they are done for. The fact that Hollywood and hip-hop made them fashionable in the first place is the only reason most people bought them. You know the way everyone in Hollywood follows each others trends the artists will not only quit buying them they will make sure that they let it be known that if you do buy one your helping terrorist or some crap like that.

Good point jon, but do you know whats really pathetic? The fact that people would buy a Hummer just because a celebrity has one. As if it wasn't bad enough that no one (or at least 99% of people) don't use a Hummer for off-roading, the only reason people buy them is to look cool. They're so big that they're a danger to other drivers on the road, once a H2 beside me almost changed into my lanes while I was beside it because the idiot inside had his seat so far back and couldn't see through the tiny windows properly! DUMB F**K

Both Fergie and that hummer have something in common besides looking ridiculously. Both will be the butt of many jokes when VH1 does I love the 2000’s in 10 years. I just wonder what moron would want that beast (I mean the hummer).
